I was satisfied as I always have been. I have never had a problem that was not rectified on the first visit. I also like the fact that the service reps, don’t try to pressure you into having a non essential problem that was not rectified on the first visit. I also like the fact that the service reps, don’t try to pressure you into having a non essential service done while you are there, That in itself is why I will continue to bring my car to Rivera Toyota.. I was very pleased to have Catherine as my Service Advisor. Catherine was my advisor for my last two service visits. Both times she clearly explained what I needed to have done, and kept me well informed during the whole process. Well Done Rivera Toyota More
I think a 45,000 miles oil change/service is way overpriced. Also when i called to make the appt i specifically said it would have to be done by 11:00 so i can pick up my child and again said it whe overpriced. It wasn’t and i had to have someone pick up my kid cause i was running late. I didn’t go over bill then cause i was rushing but $249 is ridiculous. Apparently No coupons on app could be applied so a 10% discount was given onky to be charged $10 credit card fee. I was disappointed by the response “i have no idea” i got when i asked Mike , my service rep if the car was almost done because it was 10:45 .I worked for TFS so i understand the service Dept needs to make revenue also but hiding cost into the recommended “checks” is ridiculous. I do recommend the actual services but not sure if I’d return to this particular owner service center. More

Kathy was very helpful. Got me in and out quickly. Went for oil change but tech found a major safety issue. She brought me back to show me the problem and got me a quick follow up appointment so it can be for oil change but tech found a major safety issue. She brought me back to show me the problem and got me a quick follow up appointment so it can be fixed in time for us to go on a fairly long trip on Wednesday. Wasn't thrilled with the problem but glad they found and fixed it before it became dangerous. She also confirmed a program whereby repair costs can be credited toward new car purchase within a 30 day window More
