They were courteous. Did what the car needed. Oil change and inspection. However when my husband he got home he noticed that the hood was unlatched. He opened the hood fully and closed it securely. We went shopping and when we came home, parked the car he noticed the hood was popped open again. We never had any problem with the hood latch before bringing the car into Rivera Toyota. More
