The scheduled service was thorough, car washed, printed detail of the work and I was out the door. I have had four Toyotas and three serviced in Mt Kisco. First service visit. After three weeks of owning our CPO Highlander SE, it went back to have body side moldings installed, which were part of the original sales agreement After three weeks of owning our CPO Highlander SE, it went back to have body side moldings installed, which were part of the original sales agreement as well as to get three minor things repaired. I won't go into details , but all of these items were completely taken care of. I arrived and they had a nice 2016 Camry with 1000 miles on it for me to have as a loaner. The guys taking care of me whose names I forget were super friendly and awesome. I think one of the guys was named Chris. Anyway, another fantastic experience at this fantastic dealer. Look no further for a Toyota. Our car was washed and ready two hours early when we picked it up! How's that for service!!!!???? More
