It felt like they tried to take advantage of me - $400 worth of services were recommended, even though my car has exhibited none of the warning signs and nothing on the multipoint inspection showed “needs worth of services were recommended, even though my car has exhibited none of the warning signs and nothing on the multipoint inspection showed “needs attention”; in fact, everything was green. If it’s all good, how could I need these services? If I need those services, why would you rate everything as ok - something isn’t adding up and it doesn’t feel great. More

I scheduled an inspection, and it turned out that I needed more -- tires, general maintenance. The garage made time to do it the same day, and gave me a ride home and back to the shop. One thing I would change is the entrance procedure, where I was told to go in the waiting room and wait for a service rep. That made no sense, since it was just a matter of asking across the room who was handling things. More

I went to Toyota for a routine service. Joe Lane, my service advisor, alerted me two items that the technicians were recommending be done. I approved these items and were they done relatively quickly. Joe its always a pleasure to deal with. He is attentive and informative while I am there. When I drive the car home I could feel the car driving better than when I brought it in to be serviced even though I had not noticed a problem driving the car when I took it to be serviced. More
