I was an unannounced customer due to my vehicle having an acute mechanical issue. Beth Hicks was my service advisor and promptly had my vehicle brought in for diagnostic testing and then repair. Beth kept me apprised of progress and expedited the repairs. Beth made the whole process very easy and had us on the way well ahead of when I thought the car would be ready. Beth is the best Toyota service advisor I have worked with since owning my first Toyota back in 1993. More
