Once again, I had an excellent experience at Rivera. Is it cheap? No. But I've tried cheap and the work nearly always has to be redone by Rivera, so I'm done wasting my time and money at other places. T Is it cheap? There's no question that the mechanics at Rivera are particularly skilled, and they have identified serious problems that I do want fixed. These are not scammers. They are looking out for me and the longevity of my ten-year-old Prius. On top of that, the folks at the front desk are terrific. Beth took care of me as though I were in a spa! She made me tea, kept me posted on updates, and made a loaner car available literally within minutes of realizing that the work was going to take longer than we originally thought. I got work done while I waited, too. More
Everything went smoothly as usual from drop off to pick up. The communication was excellent and everyone was courteous and professional. The wait time was short as promised. We’ve used them many times in the past but this time was terrible. Sloppy and inaccurate paperwork—a bill we had to ask for repeatedly, and when we finally got it, it had the wrong price; a warranty made ou terrible. We were kept waiting over an hour to make the purchase even though we had an appointment. And a week after our purchase, our 2020 Corolla hybrid has a bad tire we need to replace. We made an appointment with Service to replace the tire—and they just emailed us with the wrong date. More

Had to return due to a service mistake. Took abuse and humiliation from service staff during the visit. A service rep angrily grabbed my car keys out of my hand.
