Rivera sent me a book of coupons which included oil change and wheel alignment. I scheduled the appointment for both. I checked in. After waiting for service writer I presented my coupons and he told me I could only use 1 coupon. Why send me this book of coupons? He told me"I don't make up the policy". Having bought my RAV4 new at Rivera, I do try to do service there. I have noticed a lot of service writer turnover. Makes you wonder??? To make a 2nd appointment cost Rivera more money. This plus dissatisfying the car owner does not make sense to me. Good service and $25.00 is considerable to a 72 year old. You could have done it all in 1 service and made more profit$.
