I've been to the Rivera Toyota service department three times in the past two years. The first two times were spontaneous visits initiated by an unexpected warning light on my dashboard. Both of these ti times in the past two years. The first two times were spontaneous visits initiated by an unexpected warning light on my dashboard. Both of these times they examined my car immediately, tightened whichever bolt needed tightening, and sent me on my way without charging me a single cent. My most recent experience there was this past week when I needed some major work done (all of which was under warranty). Cathy was always friendly, accessible, and responsive and even called me regularly on her own just to keep me updated on their progress. When I picked up my car yesterday it was running beautifully and cleaner than I had ever seen it. I've got nothing but great things to say about Cathy and the rest of the crew at Rivera Toyota.
