The service department is top notch. They will go out of their way to satisfy their customers. The service maager (Tom) is very knowledgable as are the service writers. Catherine Hutt in parts/service was able to prevent a potential problem with my 21 RAV4 using her smart sense. I occasionally check under the hood of all my cars, and after checking the reservoir, I noti potential problem with my 21 RAV4 using her smart sense. I occasionally check under the hood of all my cars, and after checking the reservoir, I noticed my brake fluid was not on maximum. I drove to Rivera to buy some brake fluid and I was going to place a little brake fluid in the reservoir to get it back to the max level. She said there should be no need to add fluid with a new car. She said with newer vehicles, the brake fluid level drops slightly as the pads wear (I didn't know that). She insisted to get the car in immediately to check the brakes anyway. The technician checked the car and confirmed that the level dropped a little but the entire brake system was perfect. She saved me from potentially damaging my brake system by adding more fluid. Catherine, I can't thank you enough for that. THANK YOU! For the past several years, I've taken my other Toyotas to Rivera for service because they were always really great. Catherine has now single handedly solidified Rivera at EXCELLENT. Catherine you and the everyone else there went over and beyond the normal level of service. More
