Fantastic Service! Just bought our first brand new car, Silverado 1500! Knew going into the adventure that it might be tricky. We had very specific requirements, and in Just bought our first brand new car, Silverado 1500! Knew going into the adventure that it might be tricky. We had very specific requirements, and in a tricky financial situation. After looking across every site and dealership is a 250 mile area, hopes were fading that we would find something we could get into. Along comes Tyson, at Riverton Chevrolet. Refusing to go down to any dealership until I was confident they had the right truck and financing we needed, Tyson was patient, responsive and extremely helpful, completely online and over text messages. For two days he and his colleagues ran all over their car lot, taking extra pictures of trucks and specific features and equipment to validate the trucks met my needs. While most every other dealer quietly stopped responding to me after sending a handful of cars, and not being able to get me down to their lot. After narrowing the search down to two vehicles that met 99% of what we were looking for, and getting us the financing that would work for us (again, completely online and I've text, they were even willing to call me and give me detailed terms, rates, and payment info, no one else would) we were finally ready to step onto the car lot. Getting down to the lot an hour before closing, unfortunately Tyson was already gone for the day, however right in line with the attentiveness he had shown through the entire journey, he stayed in constant contact via text, they had all our information ready to go. His colleagues, namely Adan, brought the two Silverados right up front side by side for us to look at. Unlike probably any other dealer, Adan gave us a very brief overview of each and then politely stepped away and let us just go through everything on each truck, staying just close enough to answer any questions that came up. Never once tried to up sell us or even try to "sell" us the car. We picked our truck! All the offers, incentives and financing that was offered and presented were honored 100%. Even while closing the deal with Tysons colleague, every thing he presented along the way, and more, what's upheld and honored no questions! Once we had made our decision, we were done and out within an hour or so. And well under the price of any used truck we had looked at with similar options. What started out as a search for 2011 Silverado which is what we thought our budget could handle, ended with us getting our first brand new vehicle! At or under the cost of any comparable used car on a very large pool to search from. Thanks to Tyson, his colleagues and Riverton Chevrolet! I was picky and a pain in the *ss. But because of their willingness to take the time to help someone find what they are really looking for, and not just sell another car to get an extra mark by their name in the morning g sales meeting, I will be starting any future cars searchs with Tyson and Riverton Chevrolet!! More
