ZERO STARS! Stay away from this place. I went through the process of purchasing a used car off of them and it was awful. I was told a price on the car and I info Stay away from this place. I went through the process of purchasing a used car off of them and it was awful. I was told a price on the car and I informed I would be coming that evening to check it out. I get to Rivertown Ford and they "can't find the key and can do nothing for me til tomorrow". My total drive time there and back home was 3 hours. The following day, they raised the price of the vehicle by nearly 3k. Frankie, the "sales manager" says he won't honor the previous offer as it "was an error". I was given the price over the phone and online but they refused to honor their word. Well, several hours pass and all of a sudden we can go back to the original offered price again. The email I received stated "doc fee is included in sales price". But guess what Frankie does? He adds a $999.00 doc fee extra instead of including it in the sales price as it was told he would do. I have the original email in which he states this and will keep it for anyone wanting to see just how bad this dealership is. I have never experienced a business so unprofessional, unethical, unreliable and unfair. If you're think of going there DONT! More

I had an excellent experience! I’m in town visiting my daughter and my 2016 Edge needed new brakes and rotors (1st new set with 110,000 miles on my Edge) and everyone was exception I’m in town visiting my daughter and my 2016 Edge needed new brakes and rotors (1st new set with 110,000 miles on my Edge) and everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I liked being able to schedule my service online and I really liked being able to review, approve and pay for my service online. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was dropped off at my daughters’s house for no additional fee. Great experience all around:) More
