Walked in to get a 15k service done. My service advisor was nice and informed me of what was recommended but did not pressure me into getting additional services done. There needs to be better communication between customers and the advisors. My car was there for a week and I received little to no communication or updates throughout the entire process. I was scheduled for my 10,000 mile service. I was in an out with no issues. Mr. Vargas explained what was serviced, answered any questions I had, and showed me to my car. Wait time is way too long even if appointed is made. Also waited an extra hour because my service rep was on break. It til for me to question said services before they were removed. New rep was nice and gave me a discount for patiently waiting, which i appreciated. They just have a communication issue there. More
