Rivertown Toyota is normally a great place to get my Lexus serviced being that there are no Lexus dealerships in Columbus. Upon trying to receive guidance, she offered little to no help. While understand customer service can be overwhelming, being defensive with a customer at 0700 in the morning while the customer is only asking questions is unacceptable.
