When I asked if some of it could be postponed for a month, she assured me it would be OK. Then she settled my bill and I was out the door. I really did not mind the three hour wait because I knew my 2013 Prius was in good hands. Besides, the restroom is extremely clean and the waiting room is comfortable with a great coffee machine. We purchased our tires from Toyota with Repair. My son brought my car in to have a tire repaired that you could clearly see an object in the tread and it took five hours for it to be repaired.
