I had a 9 am scheduled appointment for a simple oil change service. I recieved my vehicle back around 1130 and it was leaking oil. Service was not completed properly completed nor Quality & Control ins change service. I recieved my vehicle back around 1130 and it was leaking oil. Service was not completed properly completed nor Quality & Control inspection Done. I had to return my vehicle for work to be corrected and had to sit another hour and half. This was worst service I've had from a dealership. Totally unacceptable & no one even apologized for the mishap. Horrible customer service. I will be going elsewhere because I do not feel like a valued customer. More

Took my 2023 Tacoma in for regular 20k mile Toyota care service and was told my truck was ready. They gave me my keys and some paperwork. I get to my truck and noticed all four wheels had the center caps m service and was told my truck was ready. They gave me my keys and some paperwork.
