My Service Advisor Richard Fuller checked me promptly in at my appointment time .He went over everything thing that was going to be done to my car and informed me of the cost .He asked me if I was staying o at my appointment time .He went over everything thing that was going to be done to my car and informed me of the cost .He asked me if I was staying or needed a lift any where ?I told him that I would be staying at the dealership. He told me that there was a fresh cup of coffee with my name on it. That was exactly what I needed.I was sent emails on the progress of the service of car.I really appreciated being informed .I am still receiving great service after my purchase of my car .Thank you ! My service representative was totally unprofessional when I asked to make my next service appointment.like I always have.and he wouldn’t make it! I felt so uncomfortable in that arena I couldn’t wait to leave, I am very nice to everybody at Toyota rivertown but you have some ignorant service representatives that work there and don’t know how to speak to the good customers, I will never buy another vehicle from rivertown Toyota due to unprofessional service representatives that are more interested playing with their phone instead of taking care of us GOOD customers. Had the service mgr make my next service appt. As of now I don’t ever want to step foot in the door ever again! I was literally laughed at just for trying to make my next service appt More
It always seems to be chaotic in the advisor area. It also seems to me that they need more service writers, so there is always someone to at least tell you they will be with you soon. Love the service and employees. Got great customer service but you do have a guy by Jose I think who has a very bad attitude and not helpful at all. It took 3 and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to ask how much longer and I’m pretty sure that’s what when they finally started on my car at which point it only took 30 minutes. Th rotation. They knew I was waiting in the waiting room and didn’t give me a warning to get a ride if it was going to take that long. This is also not a once in a while occurrence, it happens often to me and others that I know who have Toyotas. Very disappointed especially because it was my day off of work and I spent too much of it in a waiting room for no reason. Thankfully the lady apologized but I was not given any compensation for my next visit so I’m not sure if I’ll be back. More
