09:30-arrived for my 10k Toyota Care service, noted my (driver side front) tire was 5PSI low. 11:30-vehicle was returned to me so I head over to parts to order all weather mats. Realized my same tire (driver side front) tire was 5PSI low. 11:30-vehicle was returned to me so I head over to parts to order all weather mats. Realized my same tire was still 5PSI low, noticed my dirty rims had no disturbance or signs the tires had been rotated. Rear driver side tire had a screw I found in 60 seconds, this should have been identified during the service/safety inspection… 12:00 Service advisor who was very nice agrees they don’t appear to have been rotated. Sends the vehicle back again. 13:30 vehicle returned to me. So 9:30AM to 13:30(1:30PM) for a service, it makes me wonder now if my oil was changed, if my air filter was changed, what else wasn’t complete… interacted with two service advisors Jim and Justine and they were both very professional and courteous. More

I didn’t believe what the extra repairs needed. Asked if I could go see what the mechanic was talking about. I got to see what needed repair and agreed. Everyone that we spoke to was very friendly. They focused on us, offered assistance whenever they could. They have free coffee and hot chocolate. I didn’t get a text from my representative this time to communicate with me. I called 3 times and still no response from my rep til after the car was repaired which was 5 hrs. I left a message for him to c communicate with me. I called 3 times and still no response from my rep til after the car was repaired which was 5 hrs. I left a message for him to call. He was friendly when I got there. Service could have been better! I get a text at 5:20 telling me that you close at 6. Had he returned my call, I could have already been there which was my plan. From my last 3 visits, customer service needs to get better! My car was ready and parked out front on my last visit for a while and my rep never called me. I had previously asked about it. Communication skills really need to improve!!! More
