Everything seems to be first class , from the waiting room to the personnel you see . I’ve never had to wait long fir service and I have to stay at location as we live 60 miles away . I was not pleased with my previous service at Riverside, so this time was going to prove whether I continued with them or went elsewhere. The check-in process was smooth and I went and sat down a Riverside, so this time was going to prove whether I continued with them or went elsewhere. The check-in process was smooth and I went and sat down as I was waiting. I waited around two hours and have not heard anything from anyone. I went to find the person that checked me in, but could not so I saw Brett Smith, he quickly helped me. I asked him where we were in the process after investigating he determined there had been a miscommunication, and nothing has been done to my truck. It was sitting outside of the bay. He tried to contact the person who checked me in, but they were unavailable. Brett, however, took ownership of the situation, apologized And quickly got my car in the rotation for service. He sent me a text letting me know where I could get in touch with him. If Brett had not taken such a professional attitude toward resolving my issue, this would've been the last time that I would've been there. When it was done he came and got me, apologized again, and asked if there was anything else he could do. I will keep Bretz card in my wallet so that the next time I come in, I will deal with him, knowing that I will be satisfied. Thanks so much Brett Smith, You were a fine example of customer service.
