Sales personnel don't call back and don't seem to be interested in selling a new car. After buying it last three cars from Rivertown Toyota, we have had to choose an out of town Toyota dealer to buy out interested in selling a new car. Had a scheduled appointment at 0800 for routine service of my Tacoma. Indicated I would wait on site. At 1245, I had to inquire about why it was taking so long. I was informed it would be another 45 minut of my Tacoma. Indicated I would wait on site. At 1245, I had to inquire about why it was taking so long. I was informed it would be another 45 minutes. I was on site for almost 6 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation, ac filter in my glovebox, and changing out fluids for gear box and drive train. I can’t justify going to a dealership for routine services if I am stuck waiting an entire day for those services especially when they are routine. More
