Called at 12 to check and see how long, and they said it is first come first serve you are still in line and an appt is only to spea an appt for 9am. My appointment was at 7:15 am, I texted to ask the status around 2ish and they texted back said it is still being worked on, I was like wow, my appointment was at 7:15 am. I take it back and tell them there is no wash and that it concerned me that other things weren't done correctly . The gentleman didn't say anything and took my car back to get the fluids . More

Jerome the salesperson was great - courteous and well prepared to make this an easy transaction. The finance part was unnecessarily inefficient taking longer than expected given all pricing had been pre- prepared to make this an easy transaction.
