I was referred to you by a friend of your mechanic, Bob Rogers. I have a GMC Acadia with a stabilitrack warning. I brought the car in to have this problem repaired. I had to wait as I don't have any other way to get there. After about 4 hours, I was told the car was repaired. The next day the problem surfaced again and is now worse than before I brought the car in. The mechanic said he re-connected some vacuum lines and installed a new gas cap. the problem is still not fixed. $525 for a gas cap. I made another appointment and was told they needed the car for the entire day. At the end of the day, I got a call from Danielle. She said they didn't work on the car as they didn't have time. She also mentioned that they would need the car for 4 days as they are busy. I understand you are busy but I cannot do without my car for 4 days. Also, the cost to rent a car is impossible. This is why I'm not happy. I just need the car fixed. I would like to say I was treated well and satisfied by your service but, at this time, i cannot.
