You originally went to Bocker Cadillac who is no longer a Cadillac Dealer and spoke with your salesperson. He located the vehicle for you and called us because we have the exact vehicle you are looking for we told Chase (your salesperson from Bocker) exactly the selling price of the car whatever deal you negotiated at the other dealer was not what we told Chase we can offer you. Our time/date stamped notes clearly states the price we quoted Chase was the same price that we gave you when you came in. You were screaming and yelling that you wanted a better deal to the point where we were embarrassed for both of you. We apologized and tried to figure out a solution to the problem which was a suggestion to trade in your vehicle which was worth a lot more than you originally thought. We felt terrible that you drove 3 hours and we did everything we could including calling you back after you left screaming and shouting at us. We agreed to your price only to have you change your offer with more screaming and shouting. Unfortunately, the current shortage of new cars has made a lot of customers angry at the dealers for the lack of discounts available. We apologized several times and even called again today trying to make a deal.

First, let me roll pants legs up to ease through the xx! Unfortunately we cannot buy a new Cadillac from Bocker who, as you correctly stated, no longer carries Cadillac. The salesperson at Bocker never relayed a price to us, except for the pricing that is listed on Cadillac’s website. Chase only communicated to us the name of someone at your dealership that would help us. When we tried to contact that person, she was not working and another lady talked with us. The same price that is listed on the website was confirmed on a telephone conversation with this lady. We only learned of your $6500 ‘market adjustment’ after your salesperson wasted our time. We only got loud after you refused to leave us alone as we tried to leave. I repeatedly said I would NOT pay over MSRP (sticker price). You tired to convince us to trade our vehicle in when we clearly stated we were keeping it. You never discussed a value, and it would not have mattered to us. WE WERE AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN TRADING OR SELLING OUR VEHICLE! You followed us out of the building and as we tried to leave stood in the way of the open door of our vehicle. When your salesperson called us to apologize for you and try and salvage a deal, I stated that I would do $1000 over. That was agreed to, but upon our return to the dealership, the deal was $1000 over, but without the rebate money which you had shown in the first deal. That was the disagreement. We were told no one had these vehicles and no one was selling them at sticker with the rebate. EVERYONE was selling them with a substantial market adjustment. You kept stating how hot these vehicles are and that no one can get them. You now have the opportunity to sell this vehicle to some other unfortunate individual. We received no call from you today, and we certainly DO NOT want a call from you in the future. We have moved on and will buy an XT5 from a respectable and honest dealer, just like Bocker! I’m sure you will be happy to know that we have found multiple XT5’s (none have ‘market adjustments’)that will more than fulfill our wants and needs from several other dealerships. Bocker and Chase have continued to help us locate the vehicle that will meet or exceed our expectations even though they will not even profit from our purchase!
