John was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. He gave me all the possible options and explained the difference in each vehicle about what each vehicle was equipped with as well as the price. John was also very honest and spoke to myself as a guest and family and not as just trying to push a car sale. John was able to work the numbers and along with Jimmie they were able to come up with a very fair price that I was pleased with for my escalade. They showed me different possibilities that could be done but ultimately gave me the best route that would best suite me. Mike in finance was also amazing making sure that not only I got the best rate but also made sure I had an extended warranty so that by chance if something did happen that I would not be left out in the rain so to speak with the payments. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel not just like guests but like family. Everyone went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend all of them and will be happy to refer people to them. Went in for warranty service, one issue fixed, one needs more attention. The service staff is very personable and friendly. Let's hope the techs can fix my 2nd issue when I bring it back in again.
