Exceptional Service! I recently began the process of searching for a new vehicle. I am not completely sure what I want, so I've spent some time at a few dealerships. I h I recently began the process of searching for a new vehicle. I am not completely sure what I want, so I've spent some time at a few dealerships. I have left them all annoyed and frustrated with the exception of one and that is Rizza Cadillac, Buick, GMC. Ryan Baker was my Sales Associate and he was awesome. He listened to my frustrations and took the time to go over a few vehicle options and the pros and cons of each. He was able to arrange an unbelievable deal on a car that was perfect for my needs. The only down side was the vehicle color. I did not buy tonight, but will definitely be back to buy from Ryan if we decide on the Acadia. His professionalism, attentiveness and good sense of humor did not go unnoticed and I highly recommend him and this dealership for those in the market. More

I worked with Marty "Coach" and he understood exactly what I was looking for, didn't push anything on me I wasn't comfortable with, and really worked to get me the best deal. He was so friendly and fun to work with! My experience with Marty really changed my view on this dealership (bad experience last time and was hesitant to return). I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and what my budget was and he listened and helped the entire way, and made it a fast process! I was in and out within 3.5-4 hours with papers signed and a new car leaving with me. It was great! Also, the finance person that did my paper work, Justin, was hilarious! He explained everything the whole way through the paper signing part, and tried to get me as many discounts as possible. Definitely recommend these two fellas for anyone looking to get a new car and have the best experience! More
