He asked if I had looked at the new XT4 models yet. I hadn’t to that point but asked to take a quick look. I liked the vehicle and told Ryan we were on our way to dinner. After a quick budgetary quote we left. I liked the fact that we were not pressured that night. During dinner I decided to go back the next day to get a firm price on the car that I liked. Good but not the quality I expected. I came in for an oil change ,wheel balance and alignment. The people I talked with we helpful and courteous. When I arrived home I washed my car by ha I came in for an oil change ,wheel balance and alignment. The people I talked with we helpful and courteous. When I arrived home I washed my car by hand , I am particular about my vehicle so I did not have the car washed at the dealership. When I was washing my wheels I noticed a black glue on each wheel near the weights placed on for balancing. I don't know if this was from the old weights or as I suspect residue from installing the new weights. Anyway I thought this should have been cleaned off prior to placing the wheels back on the car or prior to handing the car back to me . I bring my car back to the dealership for the best quality of service and I do believe I have received it in the past.This is a small detail but one I did not like to see. David Cotter More
