Dealership goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction My sales rep Jerry Davis did a great job of showing extraordinary patience with my many questions and looking and test driving vehicle after vehicle. My sales rep Jerry Davis did a great job of showing extraordinary patience with my many questions and looking and test driving vehicle after vehicle. I came back the next day and purchased a vehicle but had a very short time frame due to previous commitments. Purchase was competed but there were loose ends that they agreed to complete on Monday. When I came in on Monday I realized there were some misunderstandings in our agreement but since we signed the the contract and monies had changed hands, there was little I could do other than express my disappointment. The finance manager Joe knew I was not happy. He listened to my story and took it to the General Manager. To make a long story short, and much to my surprise, Joe came back in the office letting me know what they were going to do to make things right with me. I was shocked because legally I owned the car, there was nothing they legally needed to do.but they realized I was not a satisfied customer and were not going to let me leave the dealership that way. Other than the misunderstanding, it was a flawless transaction and the fact that they made a great faith effort to assure my satisfaction says everything I need to say about this dealership. I will return. Thank you to Jerry, Joe and Danny not just for providing a great price for the vehicle but for going the extra mile to make sure this was a great experience for me. We went in to sign papers and go through the car's features. 90min and we were out the door. Unheard of! They didn't cut any corners.
