Poor Customer Service Cadillac service closed 15 minutes earlier than scheduled time. Had to go to Buick service to wait 15 minutes for my invoice. Once I made payment, I was given my keys and told to walk around the yard to find my car. If I couldn’t find it, hit the panic button to locate the car! No porter, don’t know where it is, good luck. This was not the first time this happened she always have attitude. Old building and not clean. and when they delivered the car to me it was not clean even though I bought it as a manager car. Determination I came in with a real scary problem. My car was shaking from side to side. They took it for a ride and felt it too. It took time. My car was there I came in with a real scary problem.
