When my car was checked in, I was not told that you don't have enough "engine guys" to diagnose my vehicle in a timely fashion. My appointment was for Friday morning and by Monday afternoon it still wasn't e have enough "engine guys" to diagnose my vehicle in a timely fashion. My appointment was for Friday morning and by Monday afternoon it still wasn't even looked at. He also mentioned that the shop was very very hot and the mechanics quickly leave at 3pm for some relief.
