Routine maintenance My first time here. I did make an appointment for the following day (dropped it off the night before). Great first impression though. I walked in the My first time here. Mark immediately went with me to the car & helped me figure it out. Then I went back to service, and even though it was closing time, Kyle was pleasant and helpful and got me in the computer before he left. Overpriced and poor management The cost of the service is the most expensive I’ve ever paid for the type of work that was done. I have 2 other vehicles ones a high performance and the other is a larger vehicle. I bring those other vehicles to a nearby dealership and the service is top notch at a much more affordable price. But also had an 815 am appointment with no porters even reporting to work yet. Service bay was backed up. Waited over an hour for a simple job. How do you schedule appointments with no one there to accommodate them. More
