I was referred to you by a friend of your mechanic, Bob Rogers. I have a GMC Acadia with a stabilitrack warning. I brought the car in to have this problem repaired. I had to wait as I don't have any other way to get there. After about 4 hours, I was told the car was repaired. The next day the problem surfaced again and is now worse than before I brought the car in. The mechanic said he re-connected some vacuum lines and installed a new gas cap. the problem is still not fixed. $525 for a gas cap. I made another appointment and was told they needed the car for the entire day. At the end of the day, I got a call from Danielle. She said they didn't work on the car as they didn't have time. She also mentioned that they would need the car for 4 days as they are busy. I understand you are busy but I cannot do without my car for 4 days. Also, the cost to rent a car is impossible. This is why I'm not happy. I just need the car fixed. I would like to say I was treated well and satisfied by your service but, at this time, i cannot. Train your tire techs to recheck for leaks after a new mounting. The guy at the Service desk on Saturday 1/8/2022 did a good job by getting me in without an appt but it still should of never happened. John had promised me that having the reseal done would solve the problem but the tech failed to think about the valve holes being the source of the leaks. Your service desk guys look bad because of deficiencies in the techs training. We all wasted time trying to troubleshoot and redo.
