I have had very good success having my vehicles serviced at Rob Sight Ford. Having technicians that have been trained on my vehicle is important to me. Craig kept me informed by phone when there was a del at Rob Sight Ford. Having technicians that have been trained on my vehicle is important to me. Craig discussed the results of the multi-point inspection and advised me of service that would be needed at the next oil change, something that other dealers and service centers have not done. More
I gave the ratings above because they accurately reflect my experience, not just with this most recent visit, but with extensive work I had done on another car, earlier this year. Since I'm not now, never have been, and don't plan on becoming a service technician, I EXPECT the work I have done to be done correctly. I EXPECT the cost to be accurate, fair and reasonable, given the location and items needed to execute the repairs. What I DID NOT EXPECT was the courtesy, speed and accuracy of subsequent communications, after leaving the van for repairs. I was called when a delay in the arrival of parts meant the repairs would not be completed as originally scheduled. I was sent an email AND called when the van was ready to be picked up. I did NOT EXPECT a follow-up, personal email from the service manager, asking me to complete this survey. I recently moved to the KC area from mid-Missouri, where for the past 35 years, I have purchased and had serviced products from the local Ford dealer [not always Ford vehicles!]. I received the same kind of care there, and did NOT EXPECT to find that kind of service anywhere else. I was wrong. Thank you. More

I purchased a used Jeep Liberty from Rob Sight for my daughter a few months ago. The buying experience was pleasant and easy to complete. The work promised to be done before the Jeep was delivered was daughter a few months ago. The buying experience was pleasant and easy to complete. They even did some additional mechanical work I had not requested to make sure the Jeep was in good mechanical condition when my daughter drove it off the lot. The truly stellar experience I had wth this dealership happened a few weeks later when not one, but two fairly major repairs were needed. Jeff Morton, Used Car Manager, paid for the tow to their dealership and then took care af the repairs, even though there was no warranty in place that required the dealer to cover the cost. I was bracing for the "as is" response when I first contacted him, but instead was given customer service well over and above what I expected. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership, and have great respect for the manner in which Jeff Morton treated me and my daughter. More

I asked a lot of questions and he was able to answer them honestly. I am rating him with all 5's as I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle. Win walked my wife and I through all process of buying the vehicle. He also went of his way to ensure that we were comfortable and understand all items we needed to sign. Tony Wright the finance person was the best ever. He was very personal, friendly, and knowledgeable and adapts to his clients very well. Once we sat down with him he asked probing questions to understand what we are trying to do when it comes to financing the vehicle. My wife and I were pre-approved through our bank and just knew that Tony could not beat by Bank's finance deal we had. Tony was not only able to beat the deal but do it by .5%. He also let us negotiates the extended warranty and explained to us what profit if any they were making on the warranty. He cares greatly about his customers and treats them like a family member. I have purchased many vehicles in my time and never met a person like this before. I will now only shop for vehicle at Rob Sight because of these two great people no matter the make or model of the vehicle. You guys rock! More
