I spent 2 1/2 hours there for a my first 5,000 mile oil change. I think this is outrageous. I can't help but think that somewhere in there someone overbooked. I have bought two new trucks (2008 & 2011)from Rob Sight and have had very good experiences with both on the sales side and service side. Regarding sales, Keith was very professional, answered all Sight and have had very good experiences with both on the sales side and service side. Regarding sales, Keith was very professional, answered all of my questions and was not one of those pushy salesman that gave you the feeling all he wanted to do was make a sale. Because of my good experience with the purchase of the new truck back in 2008, I wnet back to them this past March and bought my 2011 truck. Keith worked with me to get what I wanted. I will most likely be back in 2014 to look at another new truck and hope to work with Keith again. Regarding service, Craig Touchstone is very professional and gets me in & out. He is straight up with me and there has been no surprises. More
