We loved the car but had some concerns he spoke of other vehicles that were similar but we liked the style of the one we drove, there was one just like it with a few less miles but was being detailed so we couldn't see it that day, he sent us home with credit applications and said if we came back the next morning he could take us over to see the one we wanted. My husband came back the next morning, he test drove that vehicle and loved it!! We were concerned about our credit and wanted to trade in our current vehicle, we were pleasantly surprised with the trade in value and were approved that same day for the car we wanted. We came back the next morning to pick up a beautifully detailed truck. Jeff made the experience enjoyable and effortless, very honest and positive throughout the process, if we ever decide to get another vehicle this will be the first place that we choose to come. Many salesman couldn’t be bothered to call me back, or made me feel like I was doing them a favor by calling, but not Jeff Schleicher at Rob Sight Ford! He called me back immediately with honest and detailed answers to my many questions on the vehicles they had in stock. He then came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. He allowed us to take the vehicle for a drive without him so that we could discuss openly whether this was the one. He then gave us a fair value on our trade in. We also like the “no dicker sticker” price policy at Rob Sight. No games or running back and forth to the manager to get the best price. Also, we mistakenly left our garage door opener in our old vehicle. Jeff immediately mailed it to us, along with a second tag holder.
