I finally got somewhere on the balance of my old car, and called Rob Sight Ford. That's when Alex picked up and I knew that once I was finally going to be able to buy a car that's where I was going to go! She answered my questions & helped me figure out what to do financially. It was a few more months from the first time I talked to her until when I actually walked off the lot, but she kept in touch and helped me along the way the whole time & was super patient about it! THEN I got there to buy my car (beautiful Ford Fusion by the way) & I met Frank. He really had my best interest! While we were going through all of the financing stuff he got me a warranty that I was not expecting but I'm extremely grateful for, made sure that I had GAP this time around & worked with me on my down payment. Excellent service experience again I have a 2000 Ford Expedition and I use your service department even though there are other Ford dealerships closer to my home. On this visit, the service tech evaluated my front end for an issue I had, checked a number of things, found the issue and resolved it. Like a BOSS! I had check the prices of several dealerships, Ford and others, for over a month. I drove the lot at Rob Sight a couple of times before and was impre I had check the prices of several dealerships, Ford and others, for over a month. I drove the lot at Rob Sight a couple of times before and was impressed with the inventory and the unique showcasing of the entire lot. This time, I took my wife (car was for her) and we "walked the lot" a few minutes and this real friendly guy comes over and strikes up a conversation about the nice day we were having. I made not of his large, physically-fit stature and he told me a little story "sporting" school days and explained why he wasn't playing TE for the Kansas City Chiefs (we can never have too many talented TEs). So the conversation shifted to the cars we had been looking at and centered on one $27K Escape. I asked questions - he asked a lot of questions. I chiseled him down to what I thought was the best price I could possibly get. I thought for sure he would get the price back up closer to the sticker price at some point - instead he got me another $1000 off the the negotiated price: $500 Ford Loyalty and $500 Military. The dude's name is Cole Fergus, and he got me the best deal in town (by about 1200 bucks!) - like a BOSS! More

He then invited me to some hot coffee (Great designer coffee options), a snack and comfortable waiting room with the 2017 Presidential Inauguration. While waiting, I checked out the showroom and was greeted by Cole Fergus who gave me a tour of the cars there (great deal there on a 2017 Fusion) and made the wait go by quickly. Best part: My bill was $12.00 for the good service. Damian Biondo performed the multi-point inspection (99P0 and the MO Vehicle Inspection (MVI) and left my car clean and did not change my seat/steering/mirror/radio settings (like some service guys do).
