Jeff Schleicher was the sales associate that my wife and i worked with and he was incredibly helpful and fun to work with. I loved the simplicity of purchasing a car there, there was no wasted time haggling over a price, what they have posted is what they sell it at, and you can either afford it or you can't. I found that this made the car buying experience very simple and stress free. Tony was the one who helped us with the financing, he walked us through each thing as we signed it and helped inform us in our decisions, but he never made us feel pressured into anything. The staff is wonderful, the facilities are impressive, and the overall experience is simply the best there is. If you're looking to buy a car, seriously, go to Rob Sight, they are wonderful! More

Phenomenal Customer Service! Erik Davidson at Rob Sight Ford has been spectacular to work with! I saw him in October for a major part repair and felt that he was very trustworthy and easy to talk to. I then had a knocking noise in the front of my car that I needed looked at. I took it to a mechanic, just because it was closer to my house, and was misdiagnosed, paying $170 for something that did not even need to be fixed. I then decided that I just needed to take my car to Erik, which I should have done in the first place! It was something as simple as needing caliper clips, which they added, and after such a small bill and small amount of time having to wait, we were on our way! From now on, I will only take my car to Erik at Rob Sight! Thanks so much for the fantastic service! Very trusting of Erik and his knowledge and customer service are excellent! First of all, I fel I am from Prairie Village Kansas and I got in touch with Bobby Sight through a strong referral from a previous Rob Sight customer. First of all, I felt honored that a member of the Sight family would take the time to personally take care of me. I first spoke to Bobby on the phone and from the very beginning he worked extremely hard to get all the pricing and vehicle information I asked for(I asked for a lot) in lightning quick time. Upon making it to the dealership, Bobby promptly greeted both myself and my father. I expected to come in and wait and go thru the usual car dealership waiting periods but Bobby already had the pre-owned Explorer I was looking at pulled up in front of the building -- just steps away. Although the explorer was in nearly perfect condition, there were a few significant door dings. When Bobby took us outside to show the car, his knowledge of the Explorer blew me away without him even really trying. Additionally, Bobby spared the salesman speak while teaching us about the car and turned the run-down into the most enjoyable shopping (of any shopping) that I have ever had. Bobby was funny, genuine and extremely enjoyable to work with--most important he was extremely refreshing. When it got to the numbers, he makes things easy and pressure-free. I was skeptical of the "No-Hassle" or no negotiating of price but I was blown away by how simple, straight-forward, and honest the process was. Bobby even promised me that he would take care of me personally in the service department for as long as he works at Rob Sight Ford (I'm 38 so its safe to say he will be there to take care of me for the rest of my life). Although that is a bold statement, Bobby's genuine and down to earth personality leaves me no doubt that he will stand behind that statement. Best thing is.. I have no doubt in my mind I got the absolute price for the absolute best car out there. Even better, Bobby fixed the dents at no cost for me. Overall, this was the absolute best car purchasing experience I have ever experienced or could have even imagined. I will never go to another salesman other than Bobby Sight for the rest of my life… or another dealership besides Rob Sight Ford. More

Exceeding expectations Rob Sight Ford has earned a customer for life from me after the way they have continuously taken care of me! I bought my 2012 Explorer 2 months prior Rob Sight Ford has earned a customer for life from me after the way they have continuously taken care of me! I bought my 2012 Explorer 2 months prior and had just ran out of my factory warranty due to a family vacation. I purchased the premium care Ford warranty and found out that batteries much like tires are not covered under most warranties. I called Rob Sight ford and talked to Dillon and explained my dilemna. Dillon said "give me 30 minutes to work on something for you" I really didnt think I would get a call back in 30 minutes and I also figured when I got the call it would be to tell me that they might give me a discount on a battery. To my surprise I did received a call back in less than 10 minutes, which I missed originally because I didnt thing they would call so fast. I listened to the voicemail from Dillon explaing that it was exactly like he thought and the battery wasn't covered. He then went into the explanation that he talked to his service manager and general manager and explained that their reputation of integrity and customer service was very important to them and to call him back. When I called Dillon withouth hesitation asked me " Can you get your Explorer here safely?" I said " How much is it going to cost me?" and laughed. Thats when Dillon explained to me that Rob Sight Ford would be buying me a battery, not the factory warranty or extended warranty but Rob Sight. I immediately redirected my vehicle to the dealer. I was there in 20 minutes and Dillon met me in the bay. Before I could speak he greeted me, "Hello Michael! We will get you in and out before you know it" I was just kind of sitting there thinking to myself "why would I buy anywhere else from this point forward?" I went forward with getting an oil change that was due in 300 miles. They had me in and out in 30-45 minutes with my oil change done and my car washed as well. I can't think of another dealership that has treated me this way and considering I traded my Lexus in for a Ford I was originally a little skeptical in the beginning.
