We purchased from Jimmy Adams and he greeted my wife and I promptly upon arrival at the dealership. He addressed all of our questions to include looking at different options. We recently purchased our second GMC from this dealership. Our salesman was Jimmy, he was personable, honest, and able to keep the process swift. His target was to please the customer and in my opinion he was successful. He assisted us through what usually is a stressful and tiring experience but instead made it quick and painless. I had an oil and filter change, but your techs forgot to reset the percent mileage indicator. Now it shows less than 20% left. I am handicapped and it is difficult to drive that far just to have someone r reset the percent mileage indicator. Now it shows less than 20% left.
