I did not receive a call today. I have purchased many vehicles from there in the past. My salesman can attest to that. When I inquired about the vehicle I was given 2 prices and was told that the ultimate was not coming in for a few months. I would be getting a normal Denali and I would get full value when the ultimate came in. The price difference a=was the normal Denali was in the mid 70000 and the ultimate in the 90000. I sold my Denali to an employee. When i was called and e mailed i was told your car is in you can come and pick it up tomorrow. #When i came back from. Test drive i was told that it had a premium on it. I said xx that is switch and bait after many back and forth conversation even one that i was told there is a guy that wants my car and will come in and pay the premium I said great I will sell it call him NOW. This is such a bad way to do business. I know that Robert would agree It can be remedied very easily Give me my $16000 dollars back. Or if you prefer I can bring the car back. And refund 100%. I can find a dealer that will want my $600000 dollars worth of business in the past 6 years. This is so bad and sad that i have to deal with this. CHEERS!! Let me know what you decide. Thanks.
