Service was efficient at testing the battery and electrical system for my 2019 Acadia, after the motor would not start. I was able to jump-start the vehicle and drive to Brogdon. They kept the car electrical system for my 2019 Acadia, after the motor would not start. I was able to jump-start the vehicle and drive to Brogdon. They kept the car overnight, but even then they could not identify a reason for the sudden "dead battery." If the dead battery happened again, they offered for me to have the vehicle towed to Brogdon without trying to recharge or start the motor. This would allow the techs to better diagnose the problem. They provided a loaner car while they tested this vehicle. Most helpful staff. More
