Excellent service from start to finish & follow ups I just purchased my 3rd Kia from The Rock River Block & my 5th car from them for my family. When it comes time for buying a car it can be intimidating I just purchased my 3rd Kia from The Rock River Block & my 5th car from them for my family. Bernie had moved the SUV inside so we were in a warm well lighted area of the Dealership. He was friendly, helpful, courteous, and informative about the vehicle.
