Talked with Tony by phone about a car we saw online. - kstreebin

Talked with Tony by phone about a car we saw online. We flew up to buy it, they picked us up at the airport and brought us to the dealership. Paperwork was fast and efficient. We were in and out as fast as possible which was at our request. It was a very pleasant experience unlike the many other times we have purchased cars. Tony was on vacation so Fred stepped in and helped us. He explained the car and did the paperwork. He set up both our phones to sink with the car and set up our Ford accounts to start the car, unlock doors etc. Fred was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him. We are very happy with our purchase and with the entire buying process.

We LOVE working with Angie Grant and Jim in finance. Anytime we have used their service department that has been great too. We have bought our cars through Angie over the past 11 years. She is wonderful. Thank you Schimmer!

I purchased my vehicle at Ford of Homewood and spent 2 - Pam

I purchased my vehicle at Ford of Homewood and spent 2 years trying get my 2024 Ford Escape repaired … various transmission issues…… My friend Mary used to work at a Ford dealer and knew people at Napleton Ford specifically PJ and Kevin…. Awesome!!!!!! They are Wonderful!!!!!! They made sure I had loaner to use to get back and forth to work, that I could keep and drive and not have to keep switching out like the made me do at Ford of Homewood….they went through the vehicle thoroughly and when I picked it up it drove like brand new …. Its was a wonderful experience and I would like to thank them both for helping me feel safe to drive my car again. Thank you!
