HORRIBLE!!! I wish I could give this DEALERship less than one star, the worst of the worst of the worst of the worst, total incompetence from top to bottom, from I wish I could give this DEALERship less than one star, the worst of the worst of the worst of the worst, total incompetence from top to bottom, from management, Their manager basically hides from all his responsibilities and acts like a scared little kid, and wont come out of his office when called upon, if you call him, hes never available to come to the phone, what's he afraid of? To the dealers (i know i suppose to call them sales people, but the term people cant be used for these disgusting creatures) to the "legendary" service department. They refuse to honor warranties, I guess the term "bumper to bumper" doesn't include door handles? The door handle breaks off and they tell us that it doesn't fall under the "bumper to bumper warranty," and the car is only 3 years old!!! My favorite experience was when i made a service appointment for an oil change, which was suppose to take no more than 45 mins, actually took 6 hrs, because they were backed up... Their service people are rude, disrespectful and make it like they're doing you a favor when they give you service that's a part of what you have paid for! And have even stated to me on more than one occasion "Well you're not getting charged, so you should be happy." obviously I'm not being charged, I paid extra for a reason, you moron!!! I would buy a used lemon from a dealership in the middle of sunrise highway before i would ever consider dealing with these subhuman animals ever again! Nissan makes a great car, and if you want one, go to garden city Nissan or any other Nissan dealership, words seriously cannot describe how bad this place is. More

When you remind them that's part of why you overpaid for the car, Simon tells you that your remark is "inappropriate". Don't take this treatment; shop someplace where u r treated with honesty and courtesy. More

I thought it was because I came on Saturdays for the oil changes that there was a long wait. But this is crazy! I took 1/2 personal day for this service and now it will turn into a day. I will be going to a jiffy lube or Pep boys for now along. It's not free when it costs you time.... More

I attempted three times to have them look at a 2011 Altima for the transmission. The first time I was turned away at 3pm, I get it. Upon their advice I came back the following week at 9am .. Still turned away. So forget the transmission , I'll fix it when I feel there's a serious issue. They have a huge sign welcoming all nissans for a free oil change. It's been there for years and now that I own a Nissan I wanted to take advantage. I made an appointment for 1pm , got there 1145am and I felt at 345pm WITH NOTHING DONE. My car was moved from one spot to another , that's it. Professional time wasters. Secondly , the staff is very dry and unfriendly. The check in process is not smooth and professionalism is very low. They ACT professional but they are professional at everything but honesty and integrity. From trying to get my car seen by someone , I wouldn't purchase a thing here. With that said , in the same day I also invited a friend along to see if he wanted to get a Nissan. The car was over priced. I showed my friend and the dealer that the car is showing maximum $12,000 but the guy , Wayne presented us with $18000 as the list price. I can tell he also knew it was bs even though he tried to hold his own. That's a huge problem. Professional liars. I would never come back here for service unless I have to and definitely not for a sale. They already took at least 8 hours of my time on those three visits. When you call them they say they are the biggest Nissan in the world or something of the sort. Eventually word will catch up and they will have to close down this dealership due to poor business practices. More

Last year i went in for some trasmission problems.. after waiting over 5 hrs, i was told that they had fixed my car and that all my car needed was a "system update". As soon as i drove off, MY CAR BROKE DOWN!!! They did eventually fix it after I went back and had a few words with the manager. I've avoided going back ever since... until recently. I was told that they were under new management and they had new people working there so I decided to give it another shot. After being told that my car needed some work coasting over $600, I took my car over to my local mechanic where they looked at my car and determined that I needed no work at all!!! NONE!!! I would absolutely NOT recommend this dealership /service center to anyone. They are all a bunch of scam artists. They have a horrible reputation for ripping people off. Thwy tried to stiff me for over $600 and they would do the same to you. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!! ****To add insult to injury**** The following morning my car wouldn't start. When I looked under my hood I noticed that the battery had been swapped out for an old ratty one.**** More

Amazing Service I was stranded at the gas station across the street with a flat tire during a winter storm. While waiting for a tow (3 hour wait) a rep (Ryan) asked i I was stranded at the gas station across the street with a flat tire during a winter storm. While waiting for a tow (3 hour wait) a rep (Ryan) asked if I was ok. I told him about my day and he walked away. Came back a few minutes later and offered to drive my car across the street to place the spare tire on. Ryan, Mac and Armit were great. Made me comfortable. Made me feel right at home. Kudos to Rockaway Nissan and big shoutout to Ryan, Mac and Armit. They didn't even charge me or accept a tip! Humanity is still alive!!! More
