Unprofessional, no communication and no regard for other's time and inconvenience. Condescending and demeaning conversations. Lied to. Make getting a loaner so difficult that I just gave up. They had vehicle from first thing Monday morning and got it back Thursday after a few difficult phone calls. The flat rate time for the recall performed pays under 3 hours. They had my vehicle 4 full days for a 3 hour job. I inquired about my vehicle after NO communication and was told on day 3 that the job takes a long time. Day 4 I was told the part was defective and they needed a new one. Miraculously the vehicle was done an hour later. Would love to see the Repair Order for the said Part's Warranty for the defective part. I'd chose not mention who I spoke to, it's actually more hurtful. I stopped coming to this store a few years ago for another experience and tried to give them another shot. Here we are again. The customer service/hospitality industry is something they are completely detached from. More
