After 30 years of my family and I giving our business, I will never purchase from this dealer again. I leased my 2020 jeep wrangler unlimited, this has by far been the worst experience I ever had, particula will never purchase from this dealer again. I leased my 2020 jeep wrangler unlimited, this has by far been the worst experience I ever had, particularly with the service department. I was leased a lemon that needed a new engine and now a new steering module that nobody has answers as to why a brand new car needed a new engine or why the steering wheel nearly fell off while I was driving. I will never purchase from there nor would I ever recommend anybody to purchase from Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge ever again. This dealership went downhill. Horrible experience and unacceptable to have zero answers why the jeep they leased me was completely piece of xxxx. More
