Purchased a 2021 pre certified Grand Cherokee with in one month needed brakes and rotors! Vehicle has only 21,000 miles shouldn’t have needed brakes. Well they didn’t cover it they gave me a really stupid an month needed brakes and rotors! Vehicle has only 21,000 miles shouldn’t have needed brakes. Well they didn’t cover it they gave me a really stupid answer! Saying I drove with my foot on the brake pedal! For 2000 miles!they should have fixed the brakes. Now I’m spending another $1000 for repair. I’m inquiring about the used car lemon law. Have to speak to my lawyer. The owners son really thought I was an idiot the excuses he gave me. Needless to say this company is terrible. Will not recommend to anyone. Can’t even give them one star,I’ll give the a minus 5 star! More

The entire process was awful including: 1- at the very outset I was on a tight timeframe returning my lease compass latitude and the sales person Chris Saya noted that there were plenty of vehicles to cho outset I was on a tight timeframe returning my lease compass latitude and the sales person Chris Saya noted that there were plenty of vehicles to chose from and that we could wait until the following week to meet or to discuss my options (because he was on vacation) .2- when I did come in there were no offers to step outside and show me the new vehicle/ walk me through options / changes in what features the vehicle had. He literally gave me the keys and said go have a look. I could have gotten more service and information using an online dealer. 3- I had on multiple occasions let Chris know that I had credits/ Chrysler loyalties to use to drop the cost a bit and he insisted he couldn’t budge and that he used all available rewards/ loyalties. This was not true post reaching out to another jeep dealer that offered me a significantly better monthly payment with 1,000 down. 4- after all of this the price agreed upon being off by 1,000 when I had a documented text discussion with the sales person Chris Saya. I had to show it to the finance manager to prove the agreed terms. The finances manager remained very helpful and professional after reading the text messages between the salesman and myself and said he would in fact honor what was agreed upon. The salesman continued to get aggressive refusing to honor our terms noted. 5- I specifically asked if there was navigation in the vehicle and was told yes and was assured this was an overall upgrade from my latitude jeep compass. I expressed that I wanted an upgrade in features not a downgrade. When I was picking up the jeep the salesperson exploded in the most rude and unprofessional way regarding me being shocked when told there was no navigation system. He refused to speak or explain and ran off to switch the plates back instead of sorting out why I was upset about being outright lied to regarding navigating ( he knew my old vehicle that was being returned had a proper navigation system in it) and that should have been disclosed when I asked a week before. He was rude and refused to even explain what other vehicles had navigation systems. I have never seen someone behave like this in a corporate sales environment. I can just say I’m shocked. More

However, we agreed on a deal at 3pm and were there for 3 more hours just to get the paperwork done on a all cash (no dealer financing) deal. The delay on the paperwork was the only blight on a great experience. More

Overall I had a great buying experience. I want to give a comendation & a salute to my salesperson Ms. ADA B Cruz. Ada took the time to sit down with me to check & review the 4 SUV's on her computer. After the process of elimination, we were now down to 2 SUV's. We then located the 2 SUV's in the lot... I found the SUV, I was in searching for. The SUV turned out to be better than I expected... Thank you Ada. Note: I gave a 4 star rating. I would have given a 5 star. Reason, to finalize the deal. I had sit down with finance director David Pang. He didn't shake my hand. Nor did he appear to have any personality. I felt like was bothering him to close the my purchase deal. In closing, from the staff at the Pre-Owed building, to the main dealership building were friendly, polite and professional More
