It took way too long for diagnostics to occur and then subsequently for the repair to occur. It seemed that because this was covered under warranty, that my car was not a priority. Also communication coul subsequently for the repair to occur. It seemed that because this was covered under warranty, that my car was not a priority. Also communication could have been better from the service team with updates. We always had to call ourselves for updates. My husband has owned multiple Jeep products for 15 years so this was disappointing to say the least and may cause us to change manufacturers for our next vehicles. More
