They messed up my first oil change. Too much oil , dashboard idiot light came on. "excessive oil" see dealer immediately. Next : recall on my new truck ,it needed a part specific to my Too much oil , dashboard idiot light came on. "excessive oil" see dealer immediately. Next : recall on my new truck ,it needed a part specific to my truck. I purchased my truck there, they knew my VIN # , however had to waste a visit there so they could order my part. they said they would call me when my part was in. No one ever called. After about 3 months plus I inquired "where is my part"? they gave me the same xx about the part being specific to my truck and brushed me off. The next day I got an E mail telling me my part was in.......what a miracle. Doesn't seem like they care at all More
