From start to finish, the sales staff was 100% professional. There was no haggling, no “I need to talk to the manager in back”, none of what you experience at other dealerships. Continued Disregard and Poor Customer Service from Rockland Jeep: The manager, Mr. Niosi, has not responded to my email: the dealership takes your money for their warranty, delays servicing my (pai Rockland Jeep: The manager, Mr. Niosi, has not responded to my email: the dealership takes your money for their warranty, delays servicing my (paid in full) car for a month with the ENGINE LIGHT ON. The dealership told me to drive my car I bought from them, with the engine light on, for a month: taking a chance. I bought this car from Jeep Rockland in May of this year. Not acceptable. This is the letter I sent Mr. Niosi, I am attaching my initial review, as a response to your solicited feedback. This is what I wrote: Inconsistent, deceptive, and inefficient. Quick to take my money for purchase of car paid in full, but can't get me in to service engine light on for THREE weeks. I bought my car from them 2 months ago. I have no history of partaking in any 'actions' that you speak of. You, Mr. Niosi, have never met me. It's unfortunate that you are not hearing my side, the consumer. As a manager of this facility, I expect more compassion, accountability, and thoroughness from your position at your level. I would like to meet with you in person so you can describe (and show me..if you have any video footage??) of these actions you are speaking of. It is very confusing to me that you would discontinue your relationship with a paying customer based on negative feedback, albeit true. I see on your website much of the same content from other customers. Did you refuse service to them as well? Again, Mr. Niosi, Thank you for your time. I look forward to meeting with you. Sincerely, ....... *when I spoke to corporate, they said Rockland Jeep has a reputation of doing this: delaying service, asking for feedback & if it's negative, the dealership drops you. I was quoted a price over the phone. Price i was told at the dealership was about $36.00 more. I was told it would be about 1 hour am 30 minutes. It took 2 hours and 30 minutes. When i got the truck home the driver side fender well was not attached and the shroud from the radiator to the fan housing was left hanging down. It was never reattached. I am now missing one of the screws out of the 4 that were there when I dropped off the truck. There was antifreeze all over the frame and and on the inside of the front bumper. Definitely not worth the price, especially when I had to put the truck back together myself. More
