Was unable to fix my vehicle after thousands of dollars spent and a two month time frame. Resulted in me having to buy a new car from a different dealer as Rockland was unable to accommodate my timeframe d spent and a two month time frame. Resulted in me having to buy a new car from a different dealer as Rockland was unable to accommodate my timeframe despite being given ample time. The car sat untouched for 5 full days when the actual repair took two hours to complete. Unfortunately, the part was damaged twice and time ran out given my personal circumstances which I reiterated and pleaded with the dealership to take into consideration. Regardless of the fact that I dropped my car off for a scheduled appointment, I was told no one was available to work on my vehicle for over a week. More
