I went in to fix the trunk actuator on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. This was previously repaired at this dealer in 2018. It cost $370 to repair then. I was told it would now cost $750 to repair. I can not Wrangler. This was previously repaired at this dealer in 2018. It cost $370 to repair then. I was told it would now cost $750 to repair. I can not afford to do this now but the dealer still made me pay $240 just for looking at my vehicle. I am angry and feel ripped off by the dealer. I think the actuator should last for more then 4 years and the price to repair it should not have gone up $380. I should also not been charged $240 for looking at it. More

This was the fourth time in 3 weeks that my car has been towed. We got the car back on Thursday night. Saturday morning the car didn’t start. I was told by service that my battery was dead which makes no towed. We got the car back on Thursday night. Saturday morning the car didn’t start. I was told by service that my battery was dead which makes no sense. When I purchased the car end of February the usb cord outlet wasn’t working. Since then we have had ongoing issues with usb working on and off. For the battery to sue out of nowhere I’m the warm weather after you were running diagnostic checks for the last few weeks seems questionable. The battery was about $400 and I was time that the on/off start was also fried. I had no choice but to pay for all of this knowing the electrical issue has been o going and your dealership taking no responsibility. More
