The service agent attached to my account Anthony Duke has continually ignored calls never return phone calls and didn’t order the part needed for my service to be done. I have been waiting for over two weeks continually ignored calls never return phone calls and didn’t order the part needed for my service to be done. I have been waiting for over two weeks for this part to come in. Only did I have to go into the dealership to see exactly what was going on.Anthony Marrone has takenover and is now handling my account and I am very thankful for that. He is a breath of fresh air. He is motivated to satisfy. And stepped up when I was in despair. He needs to be recognized as a leader I have been waiting for over two weeks for this part to come in. Only did I have to go into the dealership to see exactly what was going on. This took away weight time from my job, home and could have been completed over the phone. I just don’t understand why he doesn’t return any phone calls or inquiries. I don’t understand why the part that was required was not ordered and I was not made aware. I am totally dissatisfied. More
