Took three hours to change my tire which was under warranty. Also damages my trunk gasket when putting my spare tire back in the original location. Anthony Duke was thorough in his review of what the car needed at this point and checked carefully to see when things were previously done, so as not to have them repeated too soon. One comment--when my air filter was changed, the pice in the glove box was not re-attached properly and if continues to fall off when the glove box is opened I will not be happy with the inconvenience of returning to the dealership after spending more than $1000 on service! Sloppy service that would leave a bad taste in my mouth and it is not the first time that has happened with the air filter change. More
